We offer multiple options to support your commitment to regular practice.

INTRODUCTORY GROUP PACKAGES

The Introductory Packages are for new clients only. If you are new to these exercise methods they are mandatory beginner work. If you are familiar with the basic tenets of these practices, you may wish to take an Intro Sampler Pack or sign up directly for an Open Level Class.

Introductory Duets

Five (5) sessions of 50 minutes in length for 2 people. This package is perfect for couples, or friends who can easily coordinate their schedules to learn the art of exercise together.

$150 / per person

*Sessions must be booked together for this package.

Expires one month from date of first session.

Want to learn Pilates but prefer a group setting? Are you curious or feel that it would benefit you but hesitant? This session is for you. We will take warmup Fundamentals, Foundational exercises and a non-judgmental environment to get your Pilates practice either beginning or refining. Clients with existing orthopedic concerns/history please ask the teacher prior to sign up.

Ongoing Group Sessions

  1. Non- equipment (open level) workouts- either in person or via zoom for our long distance clients. The teachers are adept at teaching hybrid for certain sessions that makes sense.
  2. Equipment workouts are called duets and semis. They run with 2-4 people. This is how our studio does group equipment workouts.
