Mission

Based on the discoveries and principles of F.M. Alexander, my mission is to help students apply this empowering technique to simple daily activities and highly complex skills. The end goal of this mission is to enable anyone to consciously transform harmful patterns of tension and pain into ease and comfort, fatigue into useful energy, negative thoughts into positive gratitude, anxiety and depression into confidence and joy, where in the so-called “burden of life” can become a fun and lively exploration.
