Mother’s day is this month, but we want to take a moment to celebrate all people who birth ideas and care for others. To birth an idea and actualize it, nurture it, and raise it up takes a lot of energy, strength and gumption. Sometimes, this is small people sometimes this is contributions you make to your community. So, whether you have given birth to ideas, businesses, humans, initiatives – it’s a good idea to take a pause to evaluate your self-care routine.
Over the next few months we have a variety of topics that address different aspects of exercise, health and motion for you to consider. We will be exploring from the ground up- how our lower body aligns and moves to support our abilities to be upright. We also have a segment that explores the different ways your soft tissue systems need to function optimally. We will dive deeper into caring for our families and our loved ones and the principles that drive this work.
